On 29 June, Tecnove Home officially opened the doors of its new showroom in Herencia (Ciudad Real), marking the beginning of a new chapter for Tecnove and a project with a clear purpose: to offer new housing solutions through a different way of building.
Tecnove Home represents Tecnove’s commitment to industrialised housing, combining industrial manufacturing, quality, efficiency and sustainability to address the current needs of the residential sector.
The showroom, comprising two homes, allows visitors, professionals and businesses to experience first-hand the quality of the finishes design, functionality and possibilities offered by industrialised construction. It is a space designed to experience a real home and discover the potential of a more efficient, sustainable construction model adapted to today’s needs.
During the opening ceremony, our President, Eusebio Ramírez, highlighted that the project “was not created simply to manufacture homes, but because Spain needs different ways of building”. He also described it as “another step forward” in the company’s journey, with the aim of providing solutions that respond to people’s real needs through high-quality, sustainable home built to the highest industrial standards.
The opening brought together representatives from public institutions, partner companies and industry professionals. Among the attending authorities were Herencia Mayor Sergio García-Navas, Castilla-La Mancha’s Minister of Development Nacho Hernando, and Second-Vice President of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha José Manuel Caballero. Raúl Aránguez, Managing Director of Tecnove Custom Trucks, also took part in the events, highlighting the company’s commitment to the development of Tecnove Home as its new business line specialising in industrialised housing.
During his speech, the Mayor of Herencia recalled the symbolism of 29 June, a date traditionally associated with Shepherd’s Day in the town. He highlighted that the same places where shepherds’ huts once stood are now the setting for a new way of building homes – a parallel that reflects the evolution of the area while remaining connected to its roots.
With Tecnove Home, and through its strategic partnership with Karmod, one of the international leaders in the sector, Tecnove reaffirms its commitment to innovation, quality and industrialisation as key pillars for addressing the challenges of the future.
The showroom is now open and can be visited by appointment, giving individuals, professionals and businesses the opportunity to discover the homes, their construction systems and the possibilities offered by industrialised construction first-hand.
