This week, TECNOVE attended a meeting organised by Gregorio Prieto Secondary School in Valdepeñas (Ciudad Real). The meeting addressed a key issue for the industrial landscape of our provinve: the need for vocational training that meets the sector’s real demands.
Representatives from TECNOBIT and TSD also attended the meeting, which took place in a collaborative environment where the current challenges of vocational training and the connection between educational centres and companies were discussed.
The conference provided an opportunity to establish the basis for future collaboration on training projects that will help to bridge the gap between educational offerings and industrial requirements. This public-private collaboration is essential for guaranteeing the economic development of the region and promoting local talent.
At TECNOVE, we reaffirm our commitment to training, youth employment, and initiatives that strengthen the future of the industrial sector in Castilla-La Mancha.
